****I have learned that there is a bug with the lot type, Generic, that I used for this lot. It does not spawn townies. Another simmer said he turned it into a park and that solved the problem.***
A lovely 50×50 community lot that features everything. It has a lounge, bar, game room, library and internet cafe, gym, arts and crafts center, music room, chess, grills, and the pirate ship gym for kids. -I call it my precious…one lot to rule them all. LOL
